“Despicable Me 2” is at least a notch below its parent film, but with the same directing (Pierre Coffin, Chris Renaud) and writing (Ken Daurio, Cinco Paul) teams as the first one, it’s in the same ballpark of enjoyability. Fans of the first “DM” won’t be disappointed.
