MTV’s “Teen Wolf” was a surprisingly awesome treat last summer. The show is loosely based on a Michael J. Fox comedy about a basketball playing teen werewolf, but MTV’s show has taken a much darker turn on the story and we love it! The show did a great job scaring us, making us ache for the star-crossed lovers and laugh non-stop at everything Dylan O’Brien’s Stiles had to say. It was a welcome reprieve from the network reruns and reality show nonsense that usually airs during the summer. The new season is just around the corner and MTV has just released a new trailer teasing what wild developments we can expect in Season 2. Season 2 promises to bring even more scares with the threat of a new big bad and the mystery surrounding what happened to Lydia and what she’ll become. Watch the trailer below.
The new season airs June 3 on MTV, right after the MTV Movie Awards. If the trailer reaches 5 million views, Teen Wolf will release the first ten minutes of Season 2′s first episode.
Spoiler TV just revealed the first promotional poster teasing the second season of American Horror Story. The poster teases some information we already knew and sets the date for the return of the FX horror show. [Editor's Update -- Spoiler TV now says the poster might have been fan-made. They're still researching to confirm]
We already knew that the series was moving to an East Coast “horror institution,” according to creator Ryan Murphy. This poster further confirms that by showing a very bloody (and trippy) operating room. Murphy also shared that the season two would feature new characters, though Golden Globe winning actress Jessica Lange will be back in some capacity.
The poster also reveals that the American Horror Stories will return in October 2012. Anything else you can glean from this artwork?
If you’re like us, you’re counting down to April 1 and the return of Game of Thrones. What will Daerneys do with her new role as a dragon queen, will someone smack that a-hole Joffrey, will Dinklage continue being kickass and what of the mysterious North?
In the latest teaser, our characters look weatherbeaten and weary. There’s plenty of sneers and manipulative looks to go around. And then there’s that great teaser quote, “a very small man can cast a very large shadow.”
